	Allen DDS, Jeff I’m a 1987 graduate of the University Of Iowa College Of Dentistry. After 9 years of experience in a Des Moines group practice, we moved to Pella in 1996. My wife, Paula, and I have one daughter. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, especially incorporating new technology and materials into our daily patient care. In our free time, we enjoy playing tennis, community activities and helping our daughter pursue her goals in sports and dance.
	Dawley, Misti Before graduating from DMACC in 2005, I was a dental assistant for 5 years. This experience has greatly enhanced my career as a dental hygienist. I enjoy working with and educating people about the importance of healthy smiles. My husband and I have a 14 year old boy and an 11 year old girl. We have been married 15 years and live in Montezuma. Most of our free time is spent enjoying our children or at social activities.
	Dyer, Theresa Originally from Ames, Iowa, I graduated from DMACC college with an AS degree and AAA degree in Dental Hygiene in 1993. As the full time Hygienist in the office, I enjoy working with our patients, and aiding them in keeping healthy smiles. My husband and I live in Indianola. We have four children. The three boys are married and our daughter is a sophomore in college.
	Petersma, Sharon As one of the newest members of Dr. Allen's staff, I bring 24+ years of experience as a registered dental assistant. I have always enjoyed the variety of working in a family practice, especially meeting people. My husband, Richard, and I have 2 married daughters. We spend our extra time attending our grandchildren's activities and traveling.
	Rose, Shari As receptionist, my day is filled with scheduling appointments and assisting patients with insurance and billing questions. I am a registered dental assistant and have worked for Dr. Allen for 4 years. My husband, Don and I have lived in the Knoxville area most of our lives. We have a 14 year old daughter named Dalia. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, listening to music and spending time with my family.
	Rozenboom, Sue My 30+ years as a registered dental assistant has found me making appointments, answering phones, filing insurance, and clinically assisting. I graduated from DMACC in 1975 and have been assisting Dr. Allen for the past 9 years. My husband, Wayne, and I farm by Oskaloosa and have 2 married sons. We enjoy spending time with family and friends.
	Vignovich, Tracey I have over 10 years of experience, working as a receptionist, dental assistant, and more recently dental hygienist. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have three beautiful daughters. In my free time we raise llamas, attend our girls' sports events, and occasionally go to the lake for a weekend.
